Rum Runner

A boozy banana flavored drink that'll make you feel like you're on vacation

• 1 oz light rum
• 1 oz medium or dark rum
• 1 oz banana liqueur
• 1/2 oz blackberry liqueur
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz lime juice (squeezed)
• 1/2 oz grenadine

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well
2. Pour in glass and garnish (with pineapple slice and cherry, or one of the used limes)

Nico Colada

A simple poor-mans Pina Colada on the rocks. Can be flavored however you like!

• 1.5-2 oz medium rum
• Half of bottle of Sparkling Ice drink (Pineapple for basic Pina Colada, but it works with any flavor)
• .75 oz Coffee Mate Coconut flavored creamer

1. Add ice to a cup
2. Pour in the rum, then Sparking Ice, then top off with creamer
3. Stir with a spoon, it should foam up (Add pineapple wedge for garnish)

Lemon Drop

A combination of boozy, tart, and sweet with citrus and sugar!

• 2 oz vodka
• .5 oz triple sec
• 1 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 oz simple syrup
• Sugar

1. Add the vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice
2. Rub the remains of the lemon around the rim of the glass, then coat in sugar
3. Shake all ingredients, then strain into glass
